Le support généreux du RRSPQ nous permet d’offrir une subvention supplémentaire aux participants, d’universités québécoises. Ceux-ci pourront demeurer a l’hôtel vendredi et samedi (option A) pour seulement $35. Pour plus de détails, veuillez consulter la page d’inscription.

The Global Health Research Network of the Quebec Population Health Research Network (QPHRN) has made it possible for delegates from a Quebec University to stay at the hotel for as little as $35!

h17_21036887This March 5th-7th, the Montreal World Health Organization Simulation (MonWHO) is proud to provide delegates with the unique opportunity to experience, in real-time, what it is like to be a country’s Ambassador to the WHO facing a Level 6 Pandemic.

Governments need you to represent them. The media, NGOs and pharmaceutical companies will be there. You should be there too. Care about the world’s vital signs. Resulting resolutions papers will be submitted to the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

Outbreak: The WHO & Global Pandemics

outbreak facebookThe Montreal World Health Organization (MonWHO) invites you to learn more about the WHO and this year’s theme of Pandemic Preparedness.

The Secretariat is hosting a talk “Recognizing Pandemics: Public Health in an Interconnected World” by Dr. Timothy Brewer, Head of the McGill Global Health Program, examining how the World Health Organization is facing recent pandemics. The talk will be followed by an impromptu debate from members of the McGill Debating Union addressing controversial issues surrounding Pandemics, sure to entertain and inform.
