The following resolution was written at the MonWHO 2008 conference on Migration of Healthcare Providers. Clauses from resolutions passed at this conference were turned into two policy statements by a group of delegates and eventually passed by the International Federation of Medical Students Association (IFMSA). IFMSA is the largest student organization in the world, representing over a million medical students in over 90 countries and acts as an official NGO at the WHO.
