MonWHO Conference 2012

The MonWHO 2012 Conference will take place on Friday March 23, Saturday March 24 and Sunday March 25 at the New Residence Hall in Montreal. Delegates can choose to take on the role of a country ambassador to the WHO, a journalist, a pharmaceutical representative or an NGO worker. Registration is 65$ for the first 50 people, and then 75$ for everyone else (plus Paypal charges). Tickets are non-refundable. Please fill out the registration sheet below. Note that you will have the option of staying at the nearby Holiday Inn hotel for a special promotional rate as a MonWHO delegate.

Do you wish to stay in the Holiday Inn Montreal Midtown for the Friday and Saturday night during the conference? The Holiday Inn is located at 420 Sherbrooke Ouest, a 5-minute walk from the New Residence Hotel Conference center. MonWHO delegates will enjoy a special promotion of 73$ per person for the two nights, quad occupancy.

If you already have a group of 4 to share a hotel with, please assign 1 person in the group to email Tony with everyone’s names. If you are making a single reservation, please inform Tony and he will automatically assign you to a quad occupancy room. Please note that hotel room payment is due upon checkin. In case of last minute cancellations, you are responsible for notifying the hotel and for any penalty charges incurred as a result.
