On January 20th, 2010 the MonWHO secretariat hosted a talk “Recognizing Pandemics: Public Health in an Interconnected World” by Dr. Timothy Brewer, Head of the McGill Global Health Programs, examining how the World Health Organization is facing recent pandemics.
